What you need

bunch green onion

tbsp butter

rice paper

tbsp oyster sauce

tsp sesame oil

garlic

tbsp soy sauce
lb salmon fillet

cucumber

bunch fresh mixed herbs

fl oz fish sauce

fl oz scallion greens

fl oz olive oil cooking spray

oz rice vermicelli
Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 375F. 2: In a small mixing bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, green onion, and garlic. Mix until well combined. 3: Clean and pat dry your salmon fillets. 4: On a baking tray, lightly spray some foil. Add your salmon fillets to the foil (skin side down). Scoop the marinade to the top of the fillets and brush until even. 5: Gently close the foil to cover the fillets. 6: Bake the fillets for 15 mins. 7: While waiting for the fillets to bake, melt your butter in a small bowl. 8: After 15 mins, take the baking tray out and open the foil. Gently brush melted butter on top of the fillets. 9: Put the baking tray back into the oven and broil for 7-10 mins or until salmon is fully cooked. 10: Serve with rice paper, vermicelli noodles, fresh vegetables and sweet fish sauce dip.View original recipe
